【摘要】:Inadditiontodeterminingtheheatingloss(primarilymoisturecontent)ofcarbonblack,thesedryingconditionsareusedtopreparesamplespriortoperformingothercarbonblacktests.Whenlargersamplesarepreparedforothertests,useanopenvesselofsuitabledimensionssothatthedepthoftheblackisnomorethan10mmduringconditioning.Carbonblackishygroscopic.Theamountofmoistureabsorbedisrelatedtothesurfaceareaoftheblackandtotherelativehumidity,ambienttemperature,andtimetowhichthematerialisexposed.1.1Thesetestmethodscoverthedeterminationoftheheatinglossofcarbonblackat125176;C.Thisheatinglossconsistsprimarilyofmoisture,butothervolatilematerialsmayalsobelost.Thesetestmethodsarenotapplicabletotreatedcarbonblacksthatcontainaddedvolatilematerials,ifmoisturelossistobemeasured.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:ThispartofISO945specifiesamethodofclassifyingthemicrostructureofgraphiteincastironsbycomparativevisualanalysis.ThepurposeofthispartofISO945istoprovideinformationaboutthemethodofgraphiteclassification.Itisnotintendedtogiveinformationonthesuitabilityofcast-irontypesandgradesforanyparticularapplication.Theparticularmaterialgradeisspecifiedbyresultsfromtensiletestsorhardnesstestingand,inthecaseofausteniticcastirons,bytheirchemicalcomposition.Theinterpretationofgraphiteformandsizedoesnotallowastatisticallyvalidstatementonthefulfilmentoftherequirementsspecifiedintherelevantmaterialstandard.Thestructureofthemetallicmatrix(e.g.ferrite,pearlite)hasasignificanteffectonthematerialproperties.SuchaninterpretationisnotthepurposeofthispartofISO945.
