【摘要】:ThispartofISO4254,tobeusedtogetherwithISO4254-1,specifiesthesafetyrequirementsandtheirverificationforthedesignandconstructionofrotarytedders,rotaryrakesandrotarytedder–rakes,includingrotarydrumrakes,usedbyoneperson(theoperator)only,havingoneorseveralpoweredrotors,mounted,semi-mounted,trailedorself-propelled.Inaddition,itspecifiesthetypeofinformationonsafeworkingpractices,includingresidualrisks,tobeprovidedbythemanufacturer.ThispartofISO4254isnotapplicableto:a)machineswithground-driventinesorground-wheel–driventines(e.g.sunflowerrakes);b)parallelbarrakes;c)chainorendlessbelttyperakes;d)pedestrian-controlledteddersandrakes;e)machinesequippedwithapick-updevice.WhenrequirementsofthispartofISO4254aredifferentfromthosewhicharestatedinISO4254-1,therequirementsofthispartofISO4254takeprecedenceovertherequirementsofISO4254-1formachinesthathavebeendesignedandbuiltaccordingtotheprovisionsofthispartofISO4254.
