【摘要】:Tintingstrengthisanessentialpropertyofprintinginkdispersions.Althoughresultsonbulktintsdonotguaranteeequivalencyofdryprintedfilms,theyprovideusefulparametersforqualitycontrolofproductionbatchesofbasesandfinishedinks.Testresultsmayalsobeusedforcolormatchingpurposes.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheprocedurefordeterminingtherelativetintingstrengthofwaterbasedinksystemsusingacomputer-aidedspectrophotometer.1.2Thistestmethodisapplicabletowaterbasedprintinginksandbasestobeusedprimarilyinflexographicandgravureprintingapplications.1.3Thistestmethodappliesonlytosingle,non-fluorescentpigmentedcolorsandblackinksystemsforwhichthereisareferencestandardcontainingapigmentoftheidenticalcolorindexnameandnumber.1.4Theprocedureinthistestmethodspecifiesplacingtintedsamplesinacuvetteforspectrophotometricmeasurements.TheuseofthickwetdrawdownsasinTestMethodsD2066areinappropriateduetoseverefloatingproblemswithaqueoussystems.1.5ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitations.
