【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsforthequantificationofelementsinamicrometre-sizedvolumeofaspecimenidentifiedthroughanalysisoftheX-raysgeneratedbyanelectronbeamusingawavelength-dispersivespectrometer(WDS)fittedeithertoanelectronprobemicroanalyserortoascanningelectronmicroscope(SEM).Itdescribes:—theprincipleofthequantitativeanalysis;—thegeneralcoverageofthistechniqueintermsofelements,massfractionsandreferencespecimens;—thegeneralrequirementsfortheinstrument;—thefundamentalproceduresinvolved,suchasspecimenpreparation,selectionofexperimentalconditions,themeasurements,theanalysisoftheseandthereport.ThisInternationalStandardisintendedforthequantitativeanalysisofaflatandhomogeneousbulkspecimenusinganormalincidencebeam.Itdoesnotspecifydetailedrequirementsforeithertheinstrumentsorthedatareductionsoftware.Operatorsshouldobtaininformationsuchasinstallationconditions,detailedproceduresforoperationandspecificationoftheinstrumentfromthemakersofanyproductsused.
