【摘要】:Thistestmethodisafundamentalmethodforevaluatingthemagneticperformanceofflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsineitheras-shearedorstress-reliefannealedcondition.Thistestmethodissuitablefordesign,specificationacceptance,serviceevaluation,andresearchanddevelopment.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstestsforthemagneticpropertiesofbasicflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsatpowerfrequencies(25to400Hz)usinga25-cmEpsteintestframeandthe25-cmdouble-lap-jointedcore.Itcoversthedeterminationofcoreloss,rmsexcitingpower,rmsandpeakexcitingcurrent,andseveraltypesofacpermeabilityandrelatedpropertiesofflat-rolledmagneticmaterialsunderacmagnetization.1.2ThistestmethodshallbeusedinconjunctionwithPracticeA34/A34M.1.3Thistestmethodprovidesatestforcorelossandexcitingcurrentatmoderateandhighmagneticfluxdensitiesupto15kG[1.5T]onnonorientedelectricalsteelsandupto18kG[1.8T]ongrain-orientedelectricalsteels.1.4Thefrequencyrangeofthistestmethodisnormallythatofthecommercialpowerfrequencies50to60Hz.Withproperinstrumentation,itisalsoacceptableformeasurementsatotherfrequenciesfrom25to400Hz.1.5Thistestmethodalsoprovidesproceduresforcalculatingacimpedancepermeabilityfrommeasuredvaluesofrmsexcitingcurrentandforacpeakpermeabilityfrommeasuredpeakvaluesoftotalexcitingcurrentsatmagneticfieldstrengthsuptoabout150Oe[12000A/m].1.6Explanationofsymbolsandabbreviateddefinitionsappearinthetextofthistestmethod.TheofficialsymbolsanddefinitionsarelistedinTerminologyA340.1.7ThevaluesstatedineitherSIunitsorinch-poundunitsaretoberegardedseparatelyasstandard.Thevaluesstatedineachsystemmaynotbeexactequivalents;therefore,eachsystemshallbeusedindependentlyoftheother.Combiningvaluesfromthetwosystemsmayresultinnon-conformancewiththestandard.Withinthisstandard,SIunitsareshowninbracketsexceptinthesectionsconcerningcalculationswherethereareseparatesectionsfortherespectiveunitsystems.1.8Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
